Event tickets
Refunds
We regret there will be no refunds on ticket purchases. You may resell your ticket or repurpose it for our next event.
If you purchase a ticket and you for any reason cannot attend the event, you may contact us and we will repurpose your ticket to be used for our next event. This way you don’t lose out. You have 3 months only to repurpose your ticket. (Note: you may not resell your repurposed ticket). You may email us at hello@savetherave.co.za if you wish to transfer your purchased ticket to one of our next events.
Transferring your ticket
You may resell your ticket to another purchaser. You may notify us of the sale and transfer of ticket ownership and we will update it on our records.
Clothing
- Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- You may return your item if it is defective, we will replace the item for you or refund you in full. You must notify us within 7 days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
f you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@savetherave.co.za. We will only exchange defected items.
If you order the wrong size, we will exchange for you, however shipping or courier fees will be at your expense.
